Salmon with Avocado Salsa

This Salmon with Avocado Salsa is quick, easy and ready in just minutes 🍽️✨

Cooked with OKI Premium Sunflower Oil 💛

Ingredients:

1 tbsp OKI Premium Sunflower Oil
½ lemon
Parsley
Black pepper
Salt
2 salmon fillets
Paprika powder
½ onion
1 avocado
1 tomato
Parsley

Cooking Instructions

1. In a small bowl, combine OKI Premium Sunflower Oil, lemon juice, chopped parsley, black pepper, and salt. Mix well and set aside.
2. Clean and pat dry the salmon fillets. Place them on the air fryer tray. Drizzle with some of the oil mixture and sprinkle paprika powder evenly. Lightly brush the surface to coat.
3. Air fry at 200°C for 12–15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and slightly golden.
4. To prepare the avocado salsa, combine chopped onion, avocado, tomato, and parsley in a bowl. Add the remaining oil mixture and toss gently to combine.
5. To serve, top the salmon fillets with the avocado salsa. Serve immediately and enjoy!
