Tomato Mushroom Spaghetti
There is nothing nicer than the flavor of fresh tomato!! Making your own tomato spaghetti sauce is super easy!! This is great if you want a plate of meatless pasta?!!
Ingredients:
20g OKI Peanut Aroma Premium Cooking Oil
250g spaghetti
3 cloves of garlic
1 yellow onion
1 red chilli
4 button mushrooms
1 tomato
3 tbsps of tomato puree
15g Chicken Stock
½ tbsp of sugar
1 tsp of parsley

Cooking Instructions
1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat OKI peanut aroma premium cooking oil in a frying pan over medium low heat. Saute garlic, yellow onion and red chilli until fragrance. Stir in tomato and tomato puree. Then add in button mushroom and fry until cooked. Add some water and stir to mix well.
3. Reduced heat, add in cooked spaghetti into the sauce and stir well.
4. Add in chicken stock, sugar and parsley. Stir to mix well. Enjoy.
