Thai Style Mango Tofu

Ingredients:
OKI Premium Sunflower Oil
4 Tofu
1/3 Carrot (julienned)
1/3 Cucumber (julienned)
½ mango (julienned)
1/3 onion (julienned)
4 tbsps Thai Chilli Sauce
1 tbsp sugar

Cooking Instructions
1. Heat OKI sunflower oil in a pan.
2. Cut the tofu into smaller square bite size, dab on kitchen towels to remove excess water.
3. Slowly fry the tofu until golden brown. Remove and drain the excess oil. Then place nicely on a plate.
4. In a mixing bowl, pour in Thai chilli sauce and sugar. Mix until well combined. Put in julienned carrot, cucumber and onion. Toss until well coated then garnish onto the fried tofu.
