Suitable for frying prawn, fish, mushrooms and sweet potato.

Ingredients:
OKI Premium Canola Oil
100g OKI Tempura Batter Mix
Prawn
120ml Ice Water
100g OKI Tempura Batter Mix
Prawn

Cooking Instructions
1. Clean prawns under running water and pat dry with kitchen paper towel.
2. Slowly pour 120ml of ice water into 100g of OKI Tempura Batter Mix, but avoid over mixing. It’s ok to have some lumps in the batter.
3. Lightly coat the prawns with OKI Tempura Batter Mix and dip in the mixed batter.
4. Deep fry the battered prawn in hot oil of 180 degree celcius until golden brown and serve hot.
