Stir Fry Leek with Roast Pork

Ingredients:

2 tbsp OKI Premium Sunflower Oil
2 tbsp minced shallots
2 tbsp minced garlic
500g roasted pork
ยฝ tsp sugar
3 stalks leeks
1 tsp oyster sauce
1 tsp dark soy sauce

Cooking Instructions

1. Heat 2 tablespoons of OKI Premium Sunflower Oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add 1 tablespoon of shallots and garlic, and stir-fry until fragrant. Add roasted pork and sugar, then pan-fry until slightly golden brown. Set aside.
2. In the same frying pan with the remaining oil, add the rest of the shallots and garlic, and stir-fry until fragrant. Add the leeks and cook briefly. Return the roasted pork to the pan, then add oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, and a splash of water. Stir-fry until everything is evenly coated. Dish out and enjoy!
