Scallion Oil Noodles

Ingredients:
OKI Premium Canola Oil
5 stalks green onion
1 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp dark soy sauce
3 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp black vinegar
2 tbsp sugar

Cooking Instructions
1.Wash the green onion and cut into 3 inches strips. Separate the white and green scallion.
2.Heat OKI canola oil in a pan over medium heat. Add in white scallion part, let them fry 1for 2 to 3 minutes. Once they wilted down, add the green scallion and continue to fry until scallions turn to golden brown. Turn off the heat, strain and remove the scallions.
3.In a small mixing bowl, add in oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, black vinegar and sugar. Mix until well combined. Carefully add into the oil and cook for about 2 minutes or until the sauce starts to bubble.
4.Meanwhile, bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook the noodles according to package instruction and transfer into a serving bowl. Add in 3 tablespoons of sauce, combined until thoroughly coated. Sprinkle with some roasted white sesame. Serve immediately with scallion toppings. Enjoy!!
