Ingredients:
OKI Premium Canola Oil
60g OKI Salted Egg Seasoning Powder
2 egg tofu
Corn flour
50g butter
2 cloves garlic
1 chilli padi
1 stalk of curry leaves

Cooking Instructions
1. Cut the egg tofu and coat lightly with corn flour all over.
2. Heat OKI canola oil and pan fry till golden brown. Drain the excess oil and set aside.
3. In another pan, melt butter and and saute garlic, curry leaves and chilli padi until fragrant.
4. Add in OKI salted egg seasoning powder. Stir constantly until foamy.
5. Add in fried egg tofu, gently stir to coat evenly.
Serve hot and enjoy!!
