Salted Egg Fish Skin

You can never eat just one piece of these salted egg fish skin?
Flavoured with OKI salted egg seasoning powder, a perfect starter to any meals!!

Ingredients:

OKI Peanut Aroma Premium Cooking Oil
100g tapioca flour
200g fish skin
25g unsalted butter
5g curry leave
30g OKI Salted Egg Seasoning Powder
10g red chilli

Cooking Instructions

1. Coat fish skin with tapioca flour.
2. Heat OKI peanut aroma premium cooking oil over medium heat then fry the coated fish skin. Set aside.
3. Heat butter in a pan over medium heat, saute curry leaves until fragrant.
4. Add in OKI salted egg seasoning powder and stir constantly until well combined. Then add in red chilli.
5. Lastly, add in the fried fish skin and gently mix until well coated.
