Ingredients:
Doughnut Dough:
1L OKI Peanut Aroma Premium Cooking Oil
500g All-purpose flour
40g caster sugar
3g Instant Yeast
30g OKI Sweetened Beverage Creamer
1 egg
250g cold water
60g Margarine
Salted Egg Coating:
50g Butter
30g OKI Salted Egg Seasoning Powder
30g Milk
2 egg yolks
120g caster sugar
10g all-purpose flour
Topping:
50g chicken floss
500g All-purpose flour
40g caster sugar
3g Instant Yeast
30g OKI Sweetened Beverage Creamer
1 egg
250g cold water
60g Margarine

30g Milk
2 egg yolks
120g caster sugar
10g all-purpose flour

Cooking Instructions
To make the doughnut:
1. In a large mixing bowl, add in all-purpose flour, caster sugar, instant yeast, OKI sweetened beverage creamer, egg and cold water. Mix until a dough is formed.
2. Then add in margarine and knead for about 10 minutes.
3. Rest the dough for 1 hour until the dough has doubled.
4. Flatten the dough with a rolling pin on a floured surface. Then cut the dough with a doughnut cutter.
5. Place each doughnut on a piece of parchment paper, let it rest for 30 minutes.
6. Heat OKI peanut aroma premium cooking oil in a pan over medium heat, fry the doughnut. Turn them over as soon as they become golden brown on both sides. Then drain the excess oil on a kitchen towel.
To make the coating:
7. In a mixing bowl, put in butter, OKI salted egg seasoning powder and milk. Whisk with a wire whisk until well combined. Then add in egg yolk, caster sugar and all-purpose flour.
8. Transfer mixture to double boiler and stir till the mixture starts to thicken as it cooks.
9. When the doughnut has cooled, dip the top of the doughnut into the mixture and place it on a cooling rack. Then sprinkle some chicken floss over the salted egg doughnut. Enjoy!
