Roti John

Roti John lovers, this recipe is for you, not only for John?
You’ll realize that this is probably one of the easiest and tastiest sandwiches you have ever eaten??!!

Ingredients:

OKI Premium Sunflower Oil
2 cloves garlic, chopped
½ red onion, sliced
100g minced meat
1 tsp meat curry powder
Salt & pepper
1 tbsp butter
1 baguette
2 eggs
Cabbage, sliced
Cucumber, sliced
Mozzarella cheese
Mayonnaise
Ketchup

Cooking Instructions

1. Heat OKI premium sunflower oil in a frying pan, saute onion and garlic until fragrance. Add minced chicken and continue saute until cooked.
2. Add curry powder and stir vigorously to combine well. Season with salt. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
3. Cut the baguette into 2 portions. Spread the butter on the sliced baguette, toast in a pan on medium low heat. Once browned, remove the sliced bread from pan and set aside.
4. In a small mixing bowl, break the eggs, add in pepper, spring onion and cooked minced chicken. Mix well.
5. Pour some OKI premium sunflower oil into the pan, then add in egg mixture, place the baguette on top of the egg batter. Press down lightly for another minute until eggs are cooked.
6. Flip the bun onto your preparation area and top the eggs with sliced cabbage, cucumber, mozzarella cheese, ketchup and mayonnaise. Serve hot and enjoy.
