Ingredients:
240g of OKI Sweetened Beverage Creamer
100g of Cocoa powder
100g of Cocoa powder
Featured Products:
OKI Sweetened Beverage Creamer
Cooking Instructions
1. Pour OKI sweetened creamer into a pan on a medium heat. Keep stirring. Once it starts to boil and bubbling. Remove from heat. Then pour into a large mixing bowl.
2. Pour cocoa powder over warm OKI sweetened creamer using a sieve. Sift in cocoa powder 3 times as cocoa powder gets lumpy easily.
3. Then stir with a spatula until cocoa and OKI sweetened creamer are well combined.
4. Put a large piece of cling wrap over a rectangular bread pan. Flatten it with spatula. Bring the excess cling wrap over batter and gently press it. Chill for 2 hours in the fridge.
5. Remove the dough from the fridge, and place it on a cutting board with cocoa powder. Then cut the dough into several squares. Then sift some cocoa powder on top to prevent sticking while shaping.
6. With your fingers, pick up each square and gently prod them to round the edges out. This gives the chocolate truffles a prettier finish look.
7. Put them on a plate or a nice gift box and dust with cocoa powder. Enjoy!!
