Halloween Bolognese
Cook up spooky vibes this Halloween with OKI Oil and ghostly mushrooms. Frightfully tasty! 🎃

Ingredients:

White button mushrooms Salt Spaghetti 3 tbsp OKI Premium Sunflower Oil 3 tbsp chopped onion 200g minced meat 2 tbsp chopped cherry tomato 6 tbsp spaghetti sauce Water Dried parsley Sliced cheese

Cooking Instructions

1. Make the ghost mushrooms: Cut the white button mushrooms in half. Use a straw to poke eye holes, carve a nose with a knife, and scrape the stem with a fork for texture. 2. Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the mushrooms until tender. 3. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. 4. Heat OKI Premium Sunflower Oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Sauté chopped onion until fragrant, then add minced meat, cherry tomatoes, and spaghetti sauce. Add a little water if the sauce becomes too thick. Season with salt. Stir in cooked spaghetti and sprinkle with dried parsley. 5. Assemble: Place spaghetti on a serving plate, top with cooked mushrooms, cover mushrooms with sliced cheese, and microwave for 1 minute. Cut seaweed for eyes and nose. Garnish with ghost mushrooms. Enjoy your Halloween Bolognese and Happy Halloween! 🎃
