Grilled Chicken Soba Noodles

Ingredients:

1 chicken thigh
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp cooking wine
Black pepper
Broccoli
Shimeiji mushroom

Corn
Soba noodle

Cooking Instructions
1. Place the chicken thigh in a clean mixing bowl, add 1 tbsp of soy sauce, cooking wine, dark soy sauce, 1 tbsp of oyster sauce, and black pepper. Marinate for about 30 minutes.
2. Bring a pot of water to a boil, cook broccoli, corn, shimeiji mushroom, and edamame until cooked. Drain and set aside.
3. To make the dressing, in a mixing bowl, pour in OKI ORGANIC extra virgin olive oil, 1 tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tbsp of oyster sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
4. Heat OKI Premium sunflower oil in a frying pan, fry the marinated chicken until cooked.
5. Cook the soba noodle according to the packaging instructions.
6. To assemble, put some soba noodle in the center of the plate. Then place some edamame, corn, shimeiji mushroom, broccoli, and cherry tomatoes around the soba noodle. Put the grilled chicken on top of the soba noodle. Finally, drizzle the dressing over the food. Enjoy!
