Ingredients:
1 mandarin orange, peeled
2 boneless chicken thigh, sliced into cubes
1 cup OKI Premium Sunflower Oil
1 tbsp chopped ginger
1 tbsp chopped garlic
Marinade for chicken:
1 tbsp OKI Premium Sunflower Oil
½ tsp salt
½ tsp white pepper
2 tbsp orange juice
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
¼ cup self-raising flour
ingredient for orange sauce
¼ cup orange juice
½ cup chicken broth
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
½ tbsp cooking wine
1 ½ tbsp corn flour
Garnish:
1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
1 stalk cilantro

Cooking Instructions
1. To marinate the chicken. Put in OKI Premium Sunflower Oil, salt, white pepper, orange juice, light soy sauce, oyster sauce and self-raising flour into a mixing bowl. Mix well then add in chicken and marinate for a while. Set aside.
2. To make the orange sauce. Put in orange juice, chicken broth, light soy sauce, honey, cooking wine and corn flour. Stir to mix well and set aside.
3. Heat OKI Premium Sunflower Oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add in marinated chicken to fry till golden brown. Drain and set aside.
4. Retain about 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in the wok over medium high heat, add ginger and garlic, stir-fry till fragrant. Add in the orange sauce, stir to bring to a boil. Set aside.
5. Transfer chicken and mandarin oranges to mixing bowl. Pour sauce over, toss to coat.
6. Garnish with sesame seeds and cilantro, and serve immediately. Enjoy!
