Ingredients:
OKI Peanut Aroma Premium Cooking Oil
Medium size Nian Gao / Glutinous rice cake
Sweet Potatoes
Yam
200g OKI Tempura Batter Mix
200ml Cold water
Medium size Nian Gao / Glutinous rice cake

Cooking Instructions
1. Slice the Nian Gao, sweet potatoes and yam into roughly about equal size.
2. Heat OKI Premium Cooking Oil in a wok.
3. Pan fry sliced yam and sweet potatoes. Set aside to cool.
4. Mix OKI Tempura Batter Mix with cold water till smooth.
5. Sandwich a slice of Nian Gao between a slice of yam and a slice of sweet potato.
6. Coat it with OKI Tempura Batter Mix batter.
7. Deep fry in a wok over medium heat until crispy and golden brown.
8. Serve hot and enjoy!
