Dalgona Coffee

Ace the viral trend by making a cup of Dalgona coffee at home☕!!
A simple way to satisfy your caffeine fix!!

Ingredients:

5 teaspoons of instant coffee
5 teaspoons of brown sugar
5 teaspoons of hot water
2 tablespoons OKI sweetened beverage creamer
8 tablespoons of OKI evaporated creamer
200ml of cold water
Ice cubes

Cooking Instructions

1. In a medium mixing bowl, add in instant coffee powder, brown sugar and hot water. The ratio should be 1:1:1 ratio.
2. Using a wired whisk or electric mixer, whip the mixture until it becomes light brown and fluffy. It should hold a soft peak when you remove the whisk. (It takes about 5-6 minutes if using a wired whisk.)
To make Dalgona Coffee
1. Pour 1 tablespoon of OKI sweetened beverage creamer, 4 tablespoons of OKI evaporated creamer, 100ml of cold water and ice cubes into a glass.
2. Spoon dollops of whipped coffee mixture on top. Smoothen the top with a spoon.
3. Sprinkle with instant coffee powder or cocoa powder.
4. Enjoy! Make sure to mix it with a spoon before sipping.
