Ingredients:
OKI Peanut Aroma Premium Cooking Oil
300g Chicken breast
120g OKI Crispy Fried Chicken Coating
100ml Water
60g Butter
2 cloves Garlic
2 stalks of Curry leaves
2 Chilli padi
150g OKI Evaporated Creamer
2 slices Cheese
300g Chicken breast

Cooking Instructions
1. Cut the chicken into small equal pieces.
2. In a mixing bowl, pour 50g of OKI crispy fried chicken coating into the water. Mix well. Marinate the chicken for 30 minutes.
3. In another mixing bowl, pour 70g of OKI crispy fried chicken coating and coat the marinated chicken evenly.
4. Heat OKI peanut aroma premium cooking oil. Deep fry the chicken until golden brown.
5. Melt the butter in a pan. Saute garlic, curry leaves, and chilli padi until fragrant.
6. Pour in OKI evaporated creamer then put in cheese.
7. Add in fried chicken and toss chicken. Dish out and serve with rice
