Black Pepper Udon

Ingredients:

Green pepper
Sausage
Prawns
1/2 tbsp Shao Xing wine
A pinch of salt
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp black pepper
Udon noodle
OKI Premium Sunflower Oil

Cooking Instructions

1. Devein prawns, marinate with salt and Shao Xing wine for 5 minutes.

2. Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, and black pepper to prepare the sauce.

3. Cook udon according to package instructions and rinse with cool water.

4. Heat OKI Sunflower Oil in a frying pan. Pan fry prawns until cooked, set aside.

5. In the same pan, cook green peppers and sausage. Add udon, prawns, and sauce. Mix well, serve, and enjoy!
