Ingredients:
2 tbsp OKI Premium Sunflower Oil
5 cloves garlic, minced
3 shallots, sliced
3 tbsp fermented soybean paste
2 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
400g boneless chicken meat
400ml water
2 potatoes
10 tofu puffs
1 pc Gula Melaka
1 star anise
1 cinnamon stick

Cooking Instructions
1. Heat OKI Premium Sunflower Oil in a frying pan. Sauté minced garlic and shallots until fragrant.
2. Add soya bean paste, soy sauce, and dark soy sauce. Mix well, then add chicken pieces and pan-fry until cooked. Pour in water until the chicken is just covered. Cook over medium-high heat until it boils.
3. Add potatoes, tofu puffs, gula melaka, star anise, and cinnamon stick. Stir occasionally. Cover with a lid and simmer for 30 minutes or until the gravy thickens. Serve hot and enjoy!
