Ingredients:
3tbsp OKI Premium Sunflower Oil
300g chicken breast
2 tbsp Shaoxing wine
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp black pepper sauce
8 shrimps
Black pepper, to taste
White button mushrooms
Broccoli
Pumpkin
Cherry tomatoes
Asparagus

Cooking Instructions
1. Clean and cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces. Marinate with 1 tablespoon of Shaoxing wine, oyster sauce, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, black pepper sauce, and a pinch of black pepper for 30 minutes.
2. In a small mixing bowl, marinate the shrimps with 1 tablespoon of Shaoxing wine and a pinch of black pepper for a few minutes.
3. Clean and cut the vegetables into bite-sized pieces. Toss them with 2-3 tablespoons of OKI premium sunflower oil and a pinch of black pepper.
4. Preheat your air fryer to 180°C (356°F). Place the pumpkin and cherry tomatoes in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes.
5. Add the marinated shrimps and chicken breast pieces to the air fryer basket. Cook for an additional 8 minutes.
6. Finally, add the broccoli, asparagus, and white button mushrooms to the air fryer basket. Continue cooking for another 8 minutes.
