OKI Pan Release Agent is a general purpose release agent for baking pans, trays and other baking ware. It is in liquid form and has a whitish appearance.
The creamy emulsion is brushed on baking ware for quick and clean release of baked products from the baking ware, and prevent sticking and breaking in a convenience and economical way. It can withstand high heat and does not impart flavour to the baked products.
