- 30g OKI Crispy Fried Chicken Coating
- OKI Vegetable Cooking Oil
- 3 to 5 pieces of chicken of 100g each
- 60ml cold water
- Clean and prepare 3 to 5 pieces of chicken of 100g each.
- Gradually pour 60ml of cold water into 30g of OKI Crispy Fried Chicken Coating. Mix well. Marinate the chicken in batter for 30 minutes.
- Coat marinated chicken evenly with OKI Crispy Fried Chicken Coating powder.
- Heat OKI vegetable cooking oil in a pan.
- Deep fry marinated chicken in hot oil of 180 degree Celsius for about 7 to 10 minutes until golden brown and serve hot.
