Terms & Conditions:

1. ORGANISER

The organiser of this promotion is Ngo Chew Hong Edible Oil Pte Ltd (“the Organiser”).

2. PROMOTION PERIOD

  • The promotion runs from 2 February 2026 to 15 March 2026, at 11:59PM (“Promotion Period”).
  • All qualifying purchases must be made during the Promotion Period.
  • All entries must be received by 11:59 PM on 17 March 2026.

3. Eligibility

  • This promotion is open to all residents of Singapore aged 18 years and above.
  • Employees of the Organiser, Mewah Group, its related corporations, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

4. Eligible Products & Retailers

  • Participating products include OKI and Cabbage Brand distributed by the Organiser.
  • Eligible purchases must be made from the following retailers in Singapore:
  • FairPrice, FairPrice Finest, FairPrice Extra, FairPrice Express, FairPrice Online, Sheng Siong Supermarket, Sheng Siong Online, Giant, Cold Storage, Prime, RedMart, Amazon, and other participating retail outlets.
  • The Organiser is not responsible for product availability, stock levels, pricing, or retail execution at participating outlets.

5. How to Participate

  • Purchase any OKI or Cabbage Brand products with a minimum value of $10 in a single receipt during the Promotion Period.
  • Take a clear and complete photo of the original receipt. The original receipt must be retained and presented upon prize collection.
  • WhatsApp the receipt photo to +65 9633 2456 in the following format:

OKIHUAT <space> Full Name <space> NRIC (last 3 digits & letter) <space> Receipt Number 
Example: OKIHUAT Johnny Cheo 123A 4321

  • There is no limit to the number of entries per participant; however, each receipt may only be used once.
  • Only one (1) entry is permitted per receipt.
  • Receipts that are illegible, incomplete, altered, duplicated, reprinted, tampered with, or submitted outside the Promotion Period will be deemed invalid.
  • Entries received after 11:59 PM on 17 March 2026 will not be accepted.

6. Prizes

  • Grand Prize: $1,288 (1 winner)
  • Consolation Prizes: $168 each (10 winners)

7. Winner Selection & Announcement

  • The lucky draw will be conducted LIVE on Facebook on 20 March 2026, between 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM, on OKI.Singapore’s Facebook page.
  • Winners will be announced live during the session.
  • Each participant is entitled to one (1) prize only throughout the entire promotion.
  • Winners will be notified via WhatsApp using the contact details provided.
  • Any prize not claimed within the stipulated time stated in the notification shall be forfeited without notice.
  • Winners must present their NRIC for verification when collecting prizes.

8. Prize Collection

  • All prizes must be collected by 31 March 2026 at:

  • Failure to collect the prize within the stipulated timeframe will result in forfeiture.
  • All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.

9. Other Terms

  • WhatsApp data charges may apply.
  • The Organiser reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to verify the eligibility of participants and the authenticity of receipts and information submitted, and to disqualify any participant or entry that is incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, fraudulent, suspected of abuse, or in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
  • The Organiser shall not be liable for any entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, corrupted, incomplete, unreadable, or not successfully received due to technical issues, system failures, network congestion, device malfunctions, or WhatsApp-related problems.
  • The Organiser reserves the right to suspend, cancel, terminate, extend, or amend the promotion and/or these Terms & Conditions at any time due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, pandemics, governmental restrictions, system failures, or force majeure events.
  • By participating, entrants consent to the use of their names and photographs for publicity and promotional purposes without compensation.
  • All transportation, personal costs, and expenses incurred in connection with participation or prize redemption shall be borne solely by the participants.
  • Entrants and winners participate at their own risk and agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless the Organiser, its related corporations, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, losses, damages, costs, liabilities, injuries, or accidents arising from or in connection with participation in the promotion, prize redemption, and/or use of any prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
  • The Organiser’s decisions on all matters relating to this promotion, including eligibility, verification, disqualification, and prize allocation, shall be final, conclusive, and binding, and no correspondence or appeal shall be entertained.

10. Privacy

  • By participating in this promotion, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal data (including but not limited to name, contact number, NRIC partial digits, receipt details, and images) by the Organiser for the purposes of administering, managing, and conducting the promotion, including verification, winner selection, notification, prize fulfilment, publicity, and audit requirements, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012.
  • Personal data may be disclosed to the Organiser’s authorised service providers, agents, and partners solely for the purposes of operating and administering this promotion.
  • Personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes of this promotion and to comply with applicable legal or regulatory requirements.
  • Participants may request access to or correction of their personal data, or withdraw their consent, by contacting okisingapore@nchoil.com.sg. Withdrawal of consent may result in disqualification from the promotion.
  • The Organiser shall not be responsible for inaccurate or incomplete personal data arising from a participant’s failure to provide accurate or updated information.
  • Participation in this promotion constitutes full acknowledgment and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy clause.
