Ingredients:
OKI Premium Sunflower Oil
3 cloves garlic
1 onion
5 pcs long beans
4 eggs
4 pcs Bak Kwa
3 bowls cooked rice
2 tbsp light soy sauce
1 Pineapple

1. Cut the pineapple in half lengthwise. Scoop out the flesh, slice it, and set aside. Keep the pineapple shells for serving.
2. Heat 1 tbsp OKI Premium Sunflower Oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic and ½ onion until fragrant. Add the long beans and stir-fry until cooked. Add the egg and fry until fully cooked. Remove from the pan and set aside.
3. In the same pan, heat a little more OKI Premium Sunflower Oil over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic, onion, and bak kwa until fragrant. Add the cooked rice and the long bean fried egg. Add light soy sauce and the pineapple slices, continue frying for a short while.
4. When done, scoop the bak kwa pineapple fried rice back into the pineapple shells. Serve and enjoy!
