2 chicken thighs
Salt & pepper (to taste)
2 tbsp OKI Premium Sunflower Oil
1 tbsp unsalted butter
½ Holland onion, sliced
White button mushrooms, sliced
50ml water
200ml cooking cream
Dried parsley (for garnish)

Cooking Instructions
1. Debone the chicken thighs and marinate with salt and pepper for 20 minutes.
2. Heat OKI Premium Sunflower Oil in a frying pan, add butter, and pan-fry the marinated chicken until golden brown. Set aside.
