Pumpkin Bagel

Ingredients:
300g Bread flour
180g Pumpkin puree
3g Yeast
25g Water
12g Sugar
4g Salt
12g OKI Premium Sunflower Oil

Cooking Instructions
1.Cut the pumpkin into small pieces and steam for 15 minutes. Allow it to cool, then mash into a puree.
2.In the mixer bowl, combine bread flour, pumpkin puree, yeast, salt, and sugar. Mix until a dough forms. Gradually add water and OKI Premium Sunflower Oil, kneading for about 10 minutes until the dough becomes smooth and elastic.
3.Divide the dough into 6 equal portions, cover with cling wrap, and let it rest for about 30 minutes.
4.Roll each portion into a rope, flatten one end, and wrap it around the other to form a bagel shape. Use twine to shape the dough into a pumpkin.
5.Place the bagels on a baking sheet, proof for 20 minutes, and boil each bagel for about 20 seconds on each side.
6.Bake at 200°C for 20 minutes, covering with aluminum foil halfway through to prevent over-browning. Brush with milk, and decorate as desired. Enjoy with your favorite toppings!
