Ingredients:
1 tomato
2 tbsp OKI Premium Sunflower Oil
100g onion
100g pumpkin
100g carrot
100g cabbage

Cooking Instructions
1. Cut an "X" at the bottom of the tomato. Pour boiling water over it and submerge for 20 to 30 seconds. Peel the skin and chop the tomato into smaller pieces.
2. Wash and chop the pumpkin, carrot, onion, and cabbage into bite-sized pieces. Keep the pumpkin and carrot skins on for extra nutrients.
3. Heat OKI Premium Sunflower Oil in a pot. Add the tomato and stir-fry until it becomes mushy. Then, add water, onion, pumpkin, carrot, and cabbage. Simmer for 20 minutes. No seasoning needed—the natural sweetness of the vegetables will shine through! Enjoy!
