Olive Oil Salad Dressing

Skip the bottled stuff and use OKI ORGANIC Extra Virgin Olive Oil to make your own healthy salad dressing at home!

Ingredients:

1 cup of OKI Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tablespoon Dijon-type mustard
Salt (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)
1 tablespoon finely minced garlic
1 lemon (freshly squeezed juice)
½ cup of vinegar
Parmesan cheese for garnish

Cooking Instructions

1. In a mixing bowl, add mustard, garlic, salt, pepper, lemon juice, vinegar and OKI Organic extra virgin olive oil.
2. Using a whisk, whisk well until all ingredients are mixed, it should look thicker.
3. Add the olive oil salad dressing to washed salad green and toss it. Each leaf must be thoroughly coated with olive oil salad dressing. Then add some grated parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
