One Pan Toast

Learn how to make a one pan egg toast. Quick and easy breakfast recipe. All you need is your favourite OKI oil, bread, eggs, cheese, and a pan.

Ingredients:

OKI Premium Canola Oil
3 eggs
1 slice of bread per toast
Salt
Pepper
Spring onion
Cheese slice
Shredded cheese
Strawberry jam
Bacon
Ham

Cooking Instructions

1. Beat 3 eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper in a mixing bowl.
2. Heat a pan over medium-low heat and add OKI Premium Canola Oil.
3. Pour egg mixture and swirl to spread egg omelette evenly on the pan.
4. Cut bread into half and dip and flip each half of bread to coating with egg. Lay them with an approximately 1-inch gap apart.
5. When eggs are set, carefully flip it over.
6. Cook until eggs are set again and fold 4 sides of egg into the middle, top of the bread.
7. Place cheese and filling of your choice and fold them in half. a. Cheese slice + strawberry jam b. Cheese Slice + bacon c. Spring onion+ Shredded cheese + Ham
8. Dish out and serve immediately. Enjoy while it’s hot.
