Salted Egg Prawns
Salted egg prawn isn’t difficult to prepare at all when you have OKI salted egg seasoning powder.
All you need are prawns, chili padi and curry leaves. No seasoning is needed.

Ingredients:
OKI Premium Sunflower Oil
50g margarine
3 stalk curry leaves
2 chili padi
18 prawns
80gm OKI Salted Egg Seasoning Powder
160 gm OKI Tempura Batter Mix
240ml ice water

Cooking Instructions
1. Heat butter in a pan over medium heat, saute chilli and curry leaves until fragrant.
2. Add in OKI salted egg seasoning powder and stir constantly until foamy.
3. Then add in corn flakes and cashew nuts, gently stir to coat evenly.
4. Pour and spread a thin layer of the mixture onto a baking tray. Bake in preheated oven at 170°C for 10 minutes.
5. Let it cool completely then store in an airtight container.
