Ingredients:
OKI Premium Sunflower Oil
800gm chicken
4 Bay leaves
2 dried red chilli
1 tsp cumin seeds
4 chopped onions
1.5 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1.5 tbsp ground turmeric
1 tbsp red chili powder
4 potatoes
Salt to taste
1 tsp Cumin Powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
1 tbsp chicken masala powder
4 chopped tomatoes
1 glass water
1 tbsp garam masala powder

4 chopped tomatoes

1 tbsp garam masala powder

Cooking Instructions
1. Cut chicken into pieces.
2. Heat OKI Sunflower Oil in a pan, add bay leaves, dry red chili and cumin seed and stir fry.
3. Add chopped onion and cook until fragrant.
4. Add ginger garlic paste, mix well.
5. Add ground turmeric and red chili powder.
6. Add in cut potatoes, stir well. Add chicken and salt and mix well.
7. Cover the pan with lid and cook for 8 min, keep stirring in between.
8. Open the lid, add cumin powder, coriander powder and chicken masala powder and mix well.
9. Add tomatoes and cook until tomatoes turn soft.
10. Add 1 glass of water and mix in chicken masala powder, stir well.
11. Bring to boil and ready to serve.
12. Serve hot and garnish with chopped coriander.
