Creamy Parmesan Garlic Shrimps Pasta

Ingredients:
OKI ORGANIC Extra Virgin Olive Oil
200g linguine
4 cloves garlic (chopped)
10 prawns
200g cooking cream
1 tsp of Italian seasoning
Pepper (to taste)
Salt (to taste)
Parmesan Cheese (grated)
Parsley (chopped)

Cooking Instructions
1. To cook pasta. Bring water to a boil. Put some salt and OKI ORGANIC Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Once water is boiled, stir in linguine and cook according to packet instruction. Once done, drain and set aside.
2. Heat OKI ORGANIC Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry chopped garlic until fragrance. Put in prawns and stir fry for 1-2 minutes on each side, or until just cooked through.
3. Reduce the heat to low-medium heat. Add in cooking cream and bring to a simmer, while stir occasionally. Season with Italian seasoning, pepper and salt.
4. Add in cooked linguine and Parmesan cheese. Toss well.
5. Sprinkle with chopped parsley. Enjoy!!
